The VR5 is a flow-pack machine with intermittent rotating jaws, a bottom reel system, and photocells for product position detection and control.

Thanks to its characteristics, it is suitable for packaging unsupported and difficult-to-handle products while maintaining a considerable packaging speed. It is particularly suitable for packaging unstable, irregularly shaped, heavy-weight products in a compact and uneven format.

The photocell system on the conveyor makes it possible to manage variable lengths in the same production batch.

It can be easily customized and adapted to the specific needs required by the packaging of each product.

All this makes it a versatile, high-performance, and highly customizable tool.

The VR5 works well with a wide range of packaging materials, including recyclables, biodegradable, compostable, and paper films that the market demands for environmental sustainability.

The VR5 can be customised with multiple accessories to increase efficiency based on customer needs and/or product requirements.

Some of the accessories are:

  • Photo-eye system for registered film, allowing the use of films printed with marks to centre the design on the product.
  • Stop no Film , stops the machine automatically if the film reel runs out.
  • Printers/Markers to print information such as batch number, production/expiration date or barcodes and images directly onto the film in real time.
  • Labellers, to print and apply labels on the finished pack or directly on the film before forming.
  • Accumulation rotary table, positioned at the exit of the flow-wrapper, receives the products already packaged to facilitate successive packaging operations.
  • Automatic loaders, customised for each circumstance and need.
