All this to increase the efficiency of the packaging process with, in addition, the possibility to easily customize the machine to specific customer needs.


  • Expandable coil holder, speeds up the change of film reel when they run out. It includes a coil centering tuning by means of a front handwheel.
  • Motorized coil holder, controls the unwinding of the film optimizing the longitudinal welding, both with very thin films, heavy reels and/or non-uniform products of variable height.
  • Universal film forming tunnel, to adapt to any format, allowing the width and height of the bag to be adjusted on demand.Position adjustment of the group by means of handwheels. Position measurement of each movement with numerical counter. Totally free opening under the film guide fins to make the bag configuration adjustment easier and faster for the operator.
  • Removable pushers for quick replacement and/or format change,guaranteeing its anchorage
  • Legs with wheels, for easy movement in case of relocation.
  • Three couples of sealing wheels with pressure system perpendicular to the teeth with regulation through handwheels. It optimizes the longitudinal sealing of the bag even when using different types of film and thicknesses. Wheels  diameter 120 mm, to guarantee perfect sealing.. Easy, safe and efficient film insertion system with open guards,
  • Synoptic light, easy to see and intuitive light signal to know immediately the status of the machine according to the colour of the ignition
  • Accompanying rollers in the head-cutter  make it easier to pass the product through the sealing jaws, avoiding jolts and possible product spillage.
  • Sealing jaw width of 350mm, allowing for greater format capacity.
  • Storable bag length and  pusher head-cutter  phase for quick and easy format changeovers.

The VR8 Advance can be customised with multiple accessories to increase efficiency based on customer needs and/or product requirements.

Some of the accessories are:

  • Empty bag control system with  possibility to select one of the two working modes:no product-no bag, the machine waits when there is no product and starts by itself when it arrives or stop no product: it stops the machine when there is no product and once it has been replenished the operator starts the machine. It saves film by avoiding empty bags due to lack of product.
  • Misplaced product system, avoids product entrapment in case of  misalignment with respect to the cutting and welding jaws.
  • Remote assistance connection, for program updates and remote machine monitoring.
  • Data transfer to platform, including statistical monitoring of machine productivity, maintenance monitoring, and other customer-customized data.
  • Photo-eye system for registered film, allowing the use of films printed with marks to centre the design on the product.
  • Second reel holder, for easy availability of a reel of the same size or of a different format, speeding up replacement.
  • Automatic reel changeover, allowing work to continue without interruption due to the termination of a film reel, achieving maximum efficiency.
  • Accompanying brushes system , to accompany the product and ensure its stability during the packaging phase.
  • Stop no Film , stops the machine automatically if the film reel runs out.
  • Extension of the infeed conveyor to provide more space in the loading area to accommodate more operators and thus achieve a higher speed.
  • Printers/Markers, to print information such as batch number, production/expiration date or barcodes and images directly onto the film in real time.
  • Labellers, to print or apply labels on the finished pack or directly on the film before forming.
  • Rotary table, positioned at the exit of the flow-wrapper, receives the products already packed to facilitate successive packaging operations.
